As she is monitored in the ED, the patient develops two episodes of generalised tonic clonic seizure, each lasting approximately 3 minutes within a timeframe of 15 minutes.
A: maintained with nasopharygeal airway adjunct and jaw thrust
B: Spo2 – 98% with 5 litres oxygen, RR-12/min
C: PR- 52/min, BP-70/40mmHg

The patient is given IV lorazepam 4mg and she undergoes RSI with 7.5 size ET tube. She receives a litre of ringer lactate and a bolus of IV glucagon 5mg, repeated after 10 minutes. The patient remains hypotensive with systolic BP of 80mmHG. IV Atropine 3mg iv bolus is administered.
