Echo In Life Support Clinical Cases Case 3

A 54-year-old man was treated by the ambulance service following an out of hospital VF arrest. Return of spontaneous circulation was achieved after three attempts at defibrillation, and with 3 cycles of CPR.

Focused bedside echocardiography was then performed, and the PSAX view is shown.
