A 60-year-old male sustained blunt trauma in the form of a closed fist blow to the left side of his face. He presented with symptoms of severe pain with swelling of the left eye with associated nausea and vomiting. He did not complain of change in vision or diplopia.
Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA): Right eye (OD): 6/6, Left eye (OS): 6/24
External Exam: periorbital oedema, ecchymosis
Ocular motility: Right eye: full motility, Left eye: Significantly reduced range of movement in all directions.
Investigation: CT orbit was requested.
