You are a doctor in the Emergency Department. A patient presents in the minors department with left shoulder pain.
He is a 43-year-old male, the pain in his shoulder started 20 minutes after his third dive of the day. He thinks he pulled a muscle lifting the heavy tanks. He is alert and his observations are normal.
