You see a 33-year-old female presenting to ED with a cough. She is well so you are planning to discharge. Just as she is leaving her very chatty and excited 7-year-old daughter starts to chat to you. She tells you she is flying to Sudan tomorrow where she is going to be receiving lots of presents at a party.
