Transfusion Reactions – Clinical Case 1
A 60-year-old gentleman has presented to the Emergency Department with active gastrointestinal bleeding and severe anaemia. He reports that when he had a blood transfusion previously, he experienced a mild fever and itching but no rash or respiratory symptoms.
