Vertigo in the ED – Case 3
A 45-year-old woman attends the ED complaining of episodes of dizziness, especially when rolling in bed. She attends after a more severe attack, which has now settled, but she is worried it may happen again and that she may have a brain tumour.
Preliminary examination including hearing is normal. Her past history is unremarkable.
