Levels of Evidence and Evidence Grade
Levels of evidence and evidence grade are two terms which are used to describe the evidence behind a treatment, as some study designs have less bias and are more likely to find a true result than others (high internal validity). Its helpful to be able to put a score on how good the evidence behind a treatment is.
