A young male presents to the Emergency Department (ED) with a history of being punched on the face by a friend after drinking at a party. He complains of pain, swelling and deformity of the nose.
When you examine you find: Minimal bleeding from right nostril, deformity, bony crepitus and swelling at root of nose is seen. No septal haematoma on examination.
There is no indication for CT Head or C-spine.
You make the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture clinically.
