A 32-year-old woman attends the Emergency Department (ED) complaining of palpitations for 1 week.
She had a fever and respiratory symtpoms 3 weeks ago, which have now resolved. Since this she has been increasingly tired and feels her heart racing when lying in bed at night. She has also noticed a reduced ability to exercise compared to before the illness.
