RCEMLearning supports education and continuing professional development in Emergency Medicine. We are pleased that our content is widely used by clinicians, educators, and organisations to support learning.
To make this as straightforward as possible, this page explains what you can and cannot do with RCEMLearning Content.

RCEM is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the RCEMLearning content (RCEMLearning Content) made available on the RCEMLearning website. The RCEMLearning Content are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
RCEMLearning Content is being made available to you under the legal terms of a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 UK: England & Wales licence (Creative Commons Licence) except for certain images, videos or other materials that may be subject to specific restrictions (Specific Restrictions)

What you cannot do
You may not use RCEMLearning Content for commercial purposes
This includes:
- Using content in paid courses or training programmes
- Including content in textbooks, books, or publications that are sold
- Using content on commercial websites or platforms behind a paywall
- Charging for access to materials that include RCEMLearning Content
- Using RCEMLearning Content to promote commercial products or services
You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the Creative Commons Licence permits.
No warranties are given. The Creative Commons Licence may not give you all of the permissions necessary for your intended use. For example, other rights such as publicity, privacy, or moral rights may limit how you use the material.

Our aim
