A 39-year-old female presents with right sided flank pain. She is on antibiotics for UTI; she woke up from her sleep because of sudden onset severe pain on her right flank.
On arrival her observations are within normal limits.
She has no sensory loss, pulses present. An image of her leg is shown below.
