To P or not to P, that is the question

A 17-year-old girl presents to the Emergency Department (ED) with chest pain. Her chest pain is intermittent, non-radiating, dull aching, does not having any aggravating factors and resolved spontaneously.

On examination she is found to be afebrile, HR of 86 bpm, RR 14 cycles/min, BP of 90/60mm Hg and a Spo2 99% on room air.

As a part of her workup an ECG is requested and is shown below.
