An 82-year-old female has been brought in by ambulance following a fall at home, having sustained a 5cm skin tear to the right shin. The paramedics report minimal blood loss on scene. They have not administered any medication.
She has a history of atrial fibrillation, hypertension and Parkinsons disease
Her regular medications include Apixaban, Ramipril, Bisoprolol, Adcal-D3, Co-Careldopa and Entacapone.
