Gabo, a 19-year-old college student was brought to ED by his mother who is concerned about strings of unusual behaviours in the past 3 weeks.
When taking a history from Gabo, he asks you if you work for the spy agency. He says that the radio and TV are listening to his thoughts and removing them from his head and his thoughts are no longer his own. He does not recognise the voices, but they often tell him to do nasty things such as attack his mother whom he feels is spying on him. He feels anxious that people are following him all the time and are out to get him. He has not been going out much. He has not been sleeping very well as he has lots of energy.
