A 55-year-old Farmer presented to the Emergency Department (ED) with sudden onset decreased vision, pain and bleeding from his right eye. He had been removing staples from a wooden fence.
On examination there was an obvious conjunctival laceration. Visual Acuity Right Eye – 6/60 and Left Eye – 6/6.
