Popping Out

A 23-year-old male presents to the Emergency Department (ED) following an alleged assault to his right eye.

On examination you observe a right eye as shown in the image below. The patient mentions that they have little vision in that eye. The pupil is large and not reactive to light. There are no other injuries.
