On examination, you find that the child is reluctant to use his arm. There is bruising, swelling and visible deformity of the elbow joint. You weigh the child and decide to administer some intranasal diamorphine. You apply some local anaesthetic cream to his hand and rest his arm in a sling before sending him round to x-ray with his mother. What does the x-ray show?
