An 80-year-old male is brought to the ED by ambulance with new confusion. His wife reports he has recently developed a skin allergy, but he has otherwise been generally well.
The nurse looking after the patient reports that he is aggressive but compliant, and inform you that the acute psychiatric team will also review him.
