A 25-year-old man presents to the Emergency Department (ED) with a complaint of nosebleeds every time he presses on his forehead, which he subsequently demonstrates upon asking.

The patient has no history of trauma or systemic symptoms. There are no visible skin changes over the forehead, and the patient has no significant past medical history. This is the first time he has experienced such symptoms.
