A 22-year-old South Asian male presents with 2 episodes of haemoptysis on a background of anorexia, weight loss and a dry cough for 2 months. He has recently had 2 courses of antibiotics for his “chest infection”.
His vital signs are as follows: Pulse 80/min, O2 sats 97% on room air, RR 16/min, BP 126/74, Temperature 38.40 C, GCS 15.
Physical examination is unremarkable.
