A 21-year-old man presents with a chainsaw injury to his neck on the left side.
At the scene, he had a GCS of 15 and was able to move all four limbs but complained of a tingling sensation in his left hand. He was stabilised at the scene: he was intubated and ventilated and the wound was packed with a haemostatic dressing.
