A 37 year-old male presents to the Emergency Department with a 7 day history of anosmia, myalgia and fevers. He is usually fit and healthy.
He describes a dry cough and feels short of breath on minimal exertion.

His vital signs on room air are:

RR26, Sats 85%, HR 95, BP 122/80, Temp 39.4. You apply a surgical mask, oxygen via nasal prongs and order a chest X-ray, then he is moved into an isolation cubicle to await further assessment.
