A 35-year-old lady attends the Emergency Medicine (ED) with fever, right eye swelling and erythema with reduced visual acuity. She has pain and diplopia on eye movement. She denies any headache.
Two years ago, she sustained a right orbital floor fracture, which was surgically treated with an implant. She also has sickle cell disease.
