A 28-year-old male was smoking his cigarette in the rain, whilst taking shelter under a tree in a park.
Moments later he is struck by lightning and found unconscious under the tree by a passer-by who had observed a bolt of lightning flash through the night sky.
During the ambulance ride, he regains consciousness and a new, peculiar marked skin pattern starts appearing on his left arm.
He is brought by paramedics to your Emergency Department (ED), where he is managed after being struck by lightning.
