An 18-year-old female presents after falling 8ft from a tree. She landed directly onto her head and lost consciousness for 30 seconds.

Her GCS is 15 on arrival in the Emergency Department (ED) 1 hour after the fall. The ABC exam is unremarkable and she has no focal lateralising signs on initial CNS/PNS neurological examination.
