Red Man

A 56-year-old gentleman presents with 2 week history of worsening psoriasis. He feels unwell. The rashes have extended further and become generalised over most of the body. Two courses of antibiotics have not helped. He denies temperature or other symptoms.

Past Medical History Psoriasis diagnosed 1 year ago.

On examination, his observations are:
Temperature 37.3
Respiratory Rate18
Blood Pressure 107/63
Heart Rate 101
Oxygen Saturations 98% room air

He has dry mucous membrane and is looking dehydrated. He has erythema with scales involving the torso and extremities. Systemic examination unremarkable.
