A 6-year-old boy is brought in by his mum after becoming wheezy and short of breath. She has tried giving him his salbutamol inhaler throughout the day. On assessment his oxygen saturation is 96% on air, RR 25, HR 110. He is playing with his toys and able to speak in full sentences.
