A 37-year-old female office worker presented to Emergency Department (ED) during a busy winter evening with a two day history of nausea, moderate headache and general malaise.
The headache does not resolve after taking paracetamol. It eased during a long walk with her dog but came back shortly after returning home.
She has a history of migraine but states that this time her headache feels different. There is no history of trauma or recent travelling. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she has recently started working from home. She lives alone in a house.
The only positive finding on examination is hyperreflexia. Vital signs are within normal ranges.
